How can I fix this problem of opening Office Outlook 2003 instead of
going to hotmail inbox? How can I receive message advices that came to
my inbox? Doesn't it require an addin or something?

BTW why can't I start talking with msn messenger? It says network is
with problems and my network configurations aren't very bad at all. Can
it be from my windows xp firewall?

Thanks in advance people,
Nuno Magalhaes

BTW I can't run MSN Messenger 7.5 on my computer. It blocks right
before it logs in. Can it be from my windows xp firewall?

It's not from the firewall... I've tested with a computer here. Any
help pls? Thank you very much!

I've tested again and I can send and receive files. I don't know why
can't I start a talk conversation.

TIA

Greetings Nuno,

Add-In support was removed, so you'll need to use MSN Messenger
(http://messenger.msn.com/download). If you -really- must use Windows Messenger, I can
provide you with one of the older versions of Windows Messenger that still operates on the
network and supports Add-Ins, but only if you really must have it.

The Windows XP firewall shouldn't be a problem, just make sure that MSN Messenger appears
checked on the 'Exceptions' list.

The problem is I can't ping my computer box from another computer.
I do in the command line: ping magalhaes.inov.intranet an it says
unresolved host.

Don't worry about it cause I'm going to ask for help on my company.
