Question Why my games keep crashing??help!!

Hello and good afternoon. So i have a gtx 970 4g turbo and a ryzen 5 1600 with 16 gb ram that are working pretty well last 2 years. But now i dont know whats happenning game run good with 75 fps and even fall guys sometimes crashes for no reason please help. Thank y
