[SOLVED] Why my Gpu Fan Spin 100% But in system show 0rpm

good evening guys , i have rx 470 sapphire and fan speed high , but in amd app show zero rpm , i try with afterburner , but its show same, and cant control my fan speed , i change driver but cant fix , who know how i can fix this problem thanks alot

Have you checked Afterburner to start with windows startup?
