so i've been playing Rainbow Six Siege on my laptop andand its more of a budget laptop and temperatures are going crazy. Its an i3 5th gen and gpu is radeon r5m330. It can atleast run at low settings at decent fps but it staets to heat and i am concerned about the hardware.
so i cleaned the fan and put some new thermal grease on it but still it starts to throttle cpu and destroys the game experience.
ambient temperatures would be like lower 30c.
My cpu is idle on 50c but cant tell for gpu because of switchable graphics.
one more thing whenever the cpu is on high load when playing game, after sometime its usage wont go beyond 50%. throttlestop shows it disabled one core of the two cores of cpu. why is that? can we disable it?
