[SOLVED] Why my GPU it isn't at 100% playing The Sims 4?

I have a Radeon Rx 570 4GB. I play The Sims 4 in 1080p with high graphics, but my graphic card isn't at 100%.

It isn't bottleneck because my CPU is working at 22%

No, The GPU usage is 39%.

You need to check your OSD options. The one next to GPU temp, should be GPU usage. As an example, my system playing WoW.

I realised that i was looking my fans usage HAHAHAHA.

No. I was worried about that, but I realised that I was looking my fans usage. Anyway, my graphic card works at 99%, 80%, 10% for a second, this because I misconfigured the software, right?

The fps do not drop much with respect to the percentage of the graphic card usage shows (MSI AfterBurner shows that percentage).

The GPU is only going to work as hard as it has to. My usage bounces all over the place, depending on what I am doing, or what zone I am in.
