Why my GPU Throttle at 60C

I Overclock my colorful igame gtx 1060 6gb and when i stability test it, the gpu core clock drop from 2126MHz to 2062MHz and voltage from 1.093V to 1.0V at 60C
Can you tell me why this happen :'(

OS: Windows 10 Pro

it may be a "confusion" issue between your overclock software power stepping/phase with your windows. if you set it as High in your OS, sometimes the OC software will reduce your multiplier based on teh power consumption and you end up with lower max clocks. which is not what you want. try setting it back to balanced power plan in your OS.

if this doesnt fix it, then it could be your motherboard support for power phase plan is not very effective or your PSU not giving enough juice.

Did you change the power settings? On stock the clock drops from 1890 to 1860 at 60c. That temp is where the pstate is. If not, then it might be power consumption is my guess

HUGE thanks to all your help and adivice, i able to fix it with select high performance on windows and prefer maximum performance on nvidia control panel :)
