Question why my internal hdd is not detecting ?

I have SSD and HDD installed in my PC. I installed OS in SSD and saved all my works and files in HDD. Its a 4 TB HDD partitioned into 3 drives. It was working fine but suddenly now my HDD is not detecting I checked it in disk management also in diskmgnt it shows my SSD but not HDD. I don't know what to do I had all my projects and portfolio works in that HDD for nearly 2 TB size. even I tried check disk in command prompt but only SSD is showing

Does it show in BIOS ?

no, it didn't show in bios

Check cables to it one might have slipped out.

yeah, I checked it now it shows in bios in SATA but not in device management
