why my ip changes everytime ?

hello ! my ip changes every time and i know it is a dynamic ip so i want to make it permanent . Is there any way if there please tell me so that i could make it permanent .

i use "Relience Jio " isp [internet service porvider].

please help me and i know that its now going to harm me but then also i want to change it to permanent.
 
Solution
Do you mean the local IP of your computer (e.g. 192.168.x.y), your external facing IP? If it's the former, that's pretty easy. If it's the latter, I don't think there's any way to do it other than asking your ISP (who typically offer a static IP service for a small monthly fee).

Solution
Using a static IP for your computer will require Relience Jio to assign a specific IP address to your connection. Because of the limited pool of IP addresses, most ISPs will rotate the IP addresses assigned to modems so that they don't have to have so many assigned. When we all used dial-up modems, this saved the ISPs tons of money - but now not so much, as most people have high speed connectivity, and are on 24/7.

The ISPs still continue the practice, as it makes them extra money to assign a static IP address to your modem - although, they do have to pay someone to configure it on their end.
