Question Why my mobos burn a fuse?

Hello

Two cards have recently failed me. And I don't understand why it didn't happen to me before.
The only difference is that I moved home two months ago but I think it has nothing to do with it.
Before touching them I touch metal with my hands to get rid of the static. Here now I touch an aluminum staircase.
I have rubber soled shoes but I don't think it matters.
I leave the cards anywhere, but I've always done this.
What can it be?

What fuse ? I don't think any static electricity generated like that can burn fuses, it would kill you first.

Sorry, I made a mistake. I used the wrong expression. I wanted to say that to me, while handling the mobos, they go wrong, they do not function anymore

Please provide your full specs, including the exact power supply. An explanation of what "cards" have failed would also be helpful.

Yes, I think maybe it is the power supply. I bought it used shortly before I moved house. It's a Hama with a gadget that allows you to choose the right voltage. Maybe it is bad quality and sends shocks into the mobos

That definitely could be a problem.
