I have connected a new monitor to my pc using an usb to vga cable. All the things were running well. But recently when I put my machine on within 4 to 5 minutes it starts flickering(monitor). Why is this happening? And how to really solve it?

Then install a new graphics card. Most of them have multiple video outputs.
Another thing I have noticed that when I am connecting that usb to vga video output to usb 2.0 it's working fine and not flickering at all. But only the problem is occurring when I connect the converter to usb 3.0 . Is there any soulution?Does your pc have only single video output?

But I don't have the budget of using a video card in my pc. But when I am plugging the converter to usb 2.0. All the things are running well.USB is a medium used for data transfer and should not be used for video.
