Question Why my monitors do this?

It happens when i game, there is like a white stripe going side to side, i don't know how to fix this.

My specs:

CPU: i5 7600k
RAM: 8gb dual channel
GPU: RX480 Sapphire 8GB
PSU: Corsair 650w

I don't know about others, but I'm struggling to see where this moving white stripe you refer to is.

I can see an odd translucent window on the right side monitor, but not a white stripe.

it is not that visible, i think the problem may be the refresh rate.

You can actually see the problem in the right corner at the start and the end of video it keeps flashing
