[SOLVED] Why my motherboard works only with 2 modules?

I have a GIGABYTE B365M D3H and 4 módules KINGSTON HX426C16FB/16. With all 4 modules installed, motherbard don't start. With only 2 modules installed, motherboard start correctly. Thanks for help!

Are there any more letters/numbers in the memory model you listed?
If not, it's probably not tested with this motherboard and is probably not fully compatible. I don't see it in the motherboard memory QVL.
You could try bumping up the RAM voltage and/or memory controller voltage slightly but be careful. Too much can damage your RAM.

The first two modules should be in slots B1 and A2. Which slots are working correctly?
According to the manual it lists them as |CPU Socket| |A4|A2|B3|B1|.
