Question Why my nas netgear Ready NAS 104 is re-synchronizing

suddendly my nas was not working good
looking to the display it is sre-ynchronizing
why is happening?

NAS configuration, network connectivity, how many network devices, firmware up to date....?

Are you able to do a screen capture of the display?
