So there is my question: why my ssd's iops too low and why is there a discrepancy between these benchmark programs?

SSD: 250GB A2000 PCIe NVMe SA2000M8/250G SSD
GPU: Sapphire AMD HD 7850 1GB
Ram: 1600mhz Gskill DDR3 CL9
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-6200
Psu: Thermaltake Litepower 700W
My ssd specification: 2000mb/s read - 1100 mb/s write / 4k random iops read:150k - write:180k on the paper.

The SSD is PCIE3x4 natively.

The benchmarks are different because they test in different ways. Some of testing is known, and others we have no idea what setting they are using to test . For example, what criteria is Samsung Magician using inn it's IOP measurements? 4k 8k , 128k? What's the queue depth. Samsung doesn't tell us so all we can do is guess.
