What manufacturer/model is your 450w PSU? Chances are it's the power supply. Look in event viewer under windows logs > system, and see if there are any logs around the exact time of day that a crash/reboot occurred. If you see Event 41 - Kernel Power System has rebooted, etc, etc, etc.... then it's almost certainly your power supply

Sometimes it would quit the game right in the middle of something and dump you back to the desktop. Other times you may receive a Blue Screen of Death or your monitor display will go blank (often with looping sounds or your GPU fan spinning up).

Oh I thought by "PC constantly crashes" I thought you meant PC crashing/rebooting/restarting not just the game crashing. This is probably not a power supply issue, but I would still check event viewer under windows logs > application logs right after a crash occurs

In windows 7:

Hit the start button, in the search bar type Event Viewer, when it appears in the search area click on it, once it is open you will see "Windows Logs" on the upper left corner of the event viewer window, click the plus sign to expand it and you will see about five categories, Application, Security, System, etc. I would check Application logs right after a crash occurs.

In windows 8:

I think you've gotta swipe the right side of the screen with the mouse cursor and click search, then search for event viewer and follow the steps above (assuming event viewer is laid out in the same manner as it is in windows 7... I don't use windows 8)
