Question Why my pc is beeping after adding graphics card ?

I added a zotac 1030 graphics card to my old pc but after turning on my pc it is beeping and there is only lenovo logo is showing on my monitor and nothing else is happening.
But after removing the card my pc is running fine.
So please help me.

The 1030 was new and my PSU is 280 watt

You propably need to update your BIOS to the latest. Newer GPUs do not run well or at all in old motherboards and most need a BIOS update.

But the fan on the GPU is working. Anyway thanks for the solution. I will try to do that .
