Question Why my pc is not booting

So i removed my Kingston newset ram and replace with another one...after i returned the kingston ram back in the pc it start beeping..i cleaned all the slots and removed all the parts from the pc and cleaned it but still beeping my rams arent dead they still working .. i have 650W PSU model ATX-650W..and also tried to chabge the CMOS Battery...still beeping..i have an interl motherboard..can anyone help me?
