why my pc is not showing boot from cd option in boot time

You pobably have it set to boot from he HDD before the CD\DVD drive in the priority list in the BIOS - thus it never gets to the DVD drive since it boots from the HDD first. Go into the BIOS and make sure that the DVD\CD drive is listed prior to the HDD in the boot priority list.
