Question why my pc is shutting down during playing games?

when i launch a high graphics game like far cry 5 in in high setting in 720p, my pc shuts down & the ups also turns off & again turns on.After system turns on it shows default radeon wattman settings have been restored due to unexpected system failure.
CPU:I5 8400
GPU:ASUS RX 570
PSU:CORSAIR VS 450
RAM:G. SKILL AEGIS 4GB DDR4 2133MHZ

If that's an older VS then more then likely that's the cause of your issue, they are very low quality units.

i am using newer model of vs 450(

gpu remains under 70degree

Pull the GPU from the system, connect the monitor to the motherboard and run the game with the iGPU (may not run well but this is to test the PSU). Run the FC5 benchmark, if it crashes then check the CPU temp, if not then I'd still suspect the PSU.

the system is not crashing without the gpu.
so it is the issue of psu😢😢

You need to get a good quality 550W unit.

The gray label Corsair CX or CXM 550W PSU's are decent for the price.

What would be your max budget and where are you buying from? (either location and or site).

my budget is around 4000 & buying it from md computers(INDIA) or amazon.

get coolermaster masterwatts 550 for 3800inr.

This is better then the VS however I'd really push to get the 550W version which is 5200.

I'd avoid the CM Masterwatts unless its the Gold efficiency version but I doubt it that's cheap.
