Question why my pc is shutting down during playing games?

when i launch a high graphics game like far cry 5 in in high setting in 720p, my pc shuts down & the ups also turns off & again turns on.After system turns on it shows default radeon wattman settings have been restored due to unexpected system failure.
CPU:I5 8400
GPU:ASUS RX 570
PSU:CORSAIR VS 450
RAM:G. SKILL AEGIS 4GB DDR4 2133MHZ

Pull the GPU from the system, connect the monitor to the motherboard and run the game with the iGPU (may not run well but this is to test the PSU). Run the FC5 benchmark, if it crashes then check the CPU temp, if not then I'd still suspect the PSU.

the system is not crashing without the gpu.
so it is the issue of psu😢😢

so what should i need to do?
should i repair the psu or upgrade the psu to 550?
