why my pc not give me a visual out put

after installing flash player my monitor was gone. just it shows yelloow lines and after restarting it not gives me a any visual output. atleast a error message. I hv a onboard Vga any this issue suddenly happend after installing adobe flash player. monitor HDD mouse keyboards are working

When you boot, does it show the bios screen fine but then fail to show windows, or absolutly nothing at all?

If you can see bios then boot into safe mode and see if that works
If you get absolutly nothing, then it is a hardware problem and had nothing to do with the flash player install, just coincidence.
