Question Why my pc stuck at any screen while using ?

Hello.
Everytime when i install my GPU on motherboard. PC get stuck. But when i install it on my friends pc it working fine.
Now i am too confused that what is the problem it is in motherboard or related to PSU ???
Can anyone help me ?

PC get stuck where ??? If in windows than clean install proper drivers. Can't answer any more because don't know about your hardware.

Zotac Nvidia GT 710 2GB DDR3
HyperX 8GB RAM 1600 mhz
Zebronic H61 Motherboard socket 1155
Enter PSU 450 watt
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
