Why my pc when copying always say not responding

Hello, i want to ask you why my pc when i copying or pasting it always say folder not responding ? please solve this problem for me

Your system is running very slow or infected by some virus.
1. For speed please check your drive in which you installed OS. delete unused registry, temp files, internet files, check for some program which are automatically started at system is starts up, please close them if unnecessary, and Update your registry using software like c cleaner.
2. for antivirus please scan your system with some antivirus like AVG or Avast
