Question Why my pc wont boot up? the pc's on but doesnt show a picture.

So this is my friend pc that he let me check to fix it, i tried every single thing that i thought can boot it up but none of them work. I tried change the ram that i have layiong around, i tried swab the gpu with mine, even the case because the first time he gave me the pc it wont turn on. Even after all that, it still wont boot up. The did turn on, the fan spinning, but no picture show up and it wont go to the bios, it just blank black screen. i havent try to update the bios tho, is it worth to try updating the bios?

Galax gtx 1050
Transcend 128gb m.2 ssd
fsp hv pro 550w 80+

My friend said this pc dont have windows installed yet since he build it himself, but it did turn on but keep restarting after couples of second it turn on. So he thought it was the motherboard, and he used the warranty and i think he got a different motherboard. After that the pc wont even turn on at all.

that's a good point, i know it sounds weird but i just try every possiblities. The pc dont have windows yet so maybe i need to update the bios first so it can work properly with the cpu.

your CPU is supported by all the BIOS versions in that motherboard, so unlikely an update would do anything even if you could somehow

Is the display attached to the video card (GPU) or to the motherboard connections? Should be to the GPU. The CPU lacks an integrated video device.
