Why my PSU is getting burnt?

PSU - 450W+
Motherboard - 78lmt usb 3
Processor - AMD 8350 FX + stock heat sink
No graphic card
RAM - 16GB

I have been using this config for over 2 years now. But its been 2 days, I have burnt 5 PSU.

I tried using stabilizers, UPS, neighbors power source.

Please help me. What could possible reason might be?

What and where are the burn indications and what make/model of 450W PSU?
And where is your location?
