Question Why my ram is working at 2133Mhz?

Hello friends.
My ram is working at 2133 instead of 3200Mhz. I have tried bios setting but after restarting pc it get back to 2133MHz. Can anyone help me??
Motherboard=B550 plus
CPU= ryzen 7 3800x
Ram= corsair veng LPX 3200 UDIMM c16.

Did you use XMP / DOCP in the BIOS?
