[SOLVED] why my ram running on half speed ?

I bought my rams from newegg they are from GSKILL 16GB-3000MHZ
but its working only in 1063mhz !
so i've tried to set the speed manually with XMP to 3000 but the speed in (task manager + nzxt cam) is 1500mhz !

You double the number. 1500 = 3000MHZ (DDR = double data rate)

As above, the real clock speed is half of the effective clock speed.

As DDR can transfer on the rise and fall of a clock cycle, the effective value is doubled. The one you see in CPU-Z is the real value, 1500 MHz indicates your kit is running at effectively 3000 MHz, which is what they're rated at.

Right now, your ram is at default DDR speed of 2133MHz. That's Dual Data Rate. Windows and many other programs reads Data Rate, not Dual Data Rate, so you'll see the ram running at 1063MHz (2126MHz DDR which is close enough)

By setting XMP profile, you increase the Data Rate to 1500MHz, which is 3000MHz DDR.
