[SOLVED] Why my RAM speed stuck at 1066mhz FSB?

My PC config:

1. Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 3.00GHz 6MB 1333 Bus
2. 8GB DDR3 Dual Channel (2x4GB) 1333FSB RAM (This motherboard does not support single stick 8GB)
3. GA-G41M-Combo (rev. 2.0) Overview | Motherboard

On Gigabyte BIOS overclocking setting I saw that ram installed speed showing 1333 FSB, but actually it's running on 1066FSB!
If I overclock up to 1334 FSB (exactly 1333 not allowed, 1331 & 1334 allowed) processor speed shows 3.78 something (I don't know exactly, I forgot)

Noted that, PC non-overclocked now.

You can see that those 3 components support 1333 Bus.

I'll guess..........1066 is the stock speed.
If you want 1333 you will need to OC.
No idea what settings you have in your bios but look for xmp.

Are you sure you are using DDR3 and not DDR2? Your board only supports 4gb of ddr3, according to the manual.

Not surprised, given the time of release. I frankly do not remember the settings of such old hardware anymore. See if there is a setting to set your ram and FSB to a 1:1 ratio. I vaguely remember that being a thing, back when I was using a Core 2 E8190, and Xeon X3210.

That right there is a good possibility why you are not able to run it, at rated speed. Mix matched ram is never a good thing. Still, consult manual, on bios settings necessary for ram and if the 1:1 ratio is there.

It would seem so but only you can see what options are in your bios

1333 is the bus speed, of your CPU, and is the stock FSB speed. Technically, yes, getting 1333, out of your ram is an overclock. Back then 1333 was higher than the JEDEC standard, for DDR3. You need to go over the bios options, in your manual.
