[SOLVED] Why my ram wont get to 3200mhz

My setup is :
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
MOBO: MSI B550 Tomahawk
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsV 16GB DDR4-3200MHz
SSD: SAMSUNG EVO 970 PLUS 1TB
GRAPHICS CARD : RTX 3080

When i enable xmp profile i save and reboot from bios but then no display is coming to my monitor. Then i must reset my CMOS battery so it can reset bios and give me display.
