Question why my smart access memory (sam) turned off out of a sudden

Literally yesterday sam was on no issues woke up didnt check i just ran my games like normally do and i saw my performance was decreased by a lot first thing i checked was my gpu oc and such then i noticed sam was disabled i reinstalled drivers chipsets everything and yes resizable bar is enabled my system x570 gaming x board cpu ryzen 7 5800x and an rx 6800 gpu
