Question why my toshiba external hard drive 1 tb is connecting and diconnecting the hole time

AFTER I EJECT IT NOW ITS DOING THA T CONNECTING AND DISONECTING THE WHOLE TIME PLEASE HELP WHAT CAN I DO

please can someone help to solve my problem

Try a different USB port. I have an older similar drive that has done that in the past, and unplugging and plugging it into a different port has remedied the problem.
