Why my tv can not connect with hdmi

I have tv LG - 60" 1080P Full HD 600Hz Plasma HDTV, first time use hdmi from laptop was work, but after that can not connect with laptop again. I did try with other tv, and it's work, any suggestment?

Most modern HDTV's have a VGA input to bring in video from your computer/laptop. You sure that's not how you connected, and not an HDMI cable?

Make sure your TV input/source is set to HDMI.
