Question Why my Wan miniport (pppoe) gets disconnected?

I am using ethernet to connect my pc to the internet. The ISP set it up with a Wan miniport connection. It was working fine till I changed my MoBo (afox ig31-ma3). Since then my I am losing my wan connection and it's need to be connected again by me. My ISP says the connection is fine. Can it be a mobo issue?

Yes... but I am not sure whether it is a MoBo issue or a faulty set up problem.
