So, I today noticed that Windows 10 opens CMDs on startup that displays for half a second or so, Then closes it than 9 other CMDs open and display on screen for 2 Seconds, All these CMDs Display nothing no words, So I guess it executes no commands, So why does it even open itself? What is even the reason of this? My PC specs: Dell Optiplex 7020, i5 4590, 8 GB RAM, Radeon RX 570, Corsair CX-550w.

Solution
Some programs use the CMD interface to get started. To see what all is getting started when you boot, start Task Manager and click the Startup tab. It is normal for these tasks not to display anything since their only purpose is to start whatever program they're associated with.
