Why my windows 7 is taking two times to start?

when i start my pc first time it will stuck some where and after i press restart button i will start ...
some times when i start fr the first time i will suddenly restart again by itself...
i even checked fr solutions in launch start up error but no use.
it says the is no answer.
can any one please help me out...

Do you have a dual boot system? If not try booting from your windows disk and run startup and repair. Also you could try and shutoff hibernation and sleep mode.
