Why no 3800+ Winchesters?

I was looking at AMD64 pricing today and noticed that the 3800+s are all Newcastle cores. On pricewatch I was only able to find one 90nm 3800+ and its price was over $600. Are there any 3800+ Winchesters available? If not, will there be?

At a guess, it's just that it takes much longer to shift stock at that price point. More people buy the lower-end chips, as the ol' bang-for-buck ratio goes fairly crap after the 3500+.
