Why no new 30" LCD PC monitors

Why is no one putting these out except for Apple. Samsung did have one but it's discontinued. I hate to get the Apple since it appears to be the same as when it first came out and lcd panels have came quite a ways since then if you ask me. Anyone know of new products coming out in the next month or so?

From what I understand there aren't any good panels in 30 inch out there yet. They all have signigicant issues.

and Dell...

The reason is the cost limits the market... 24" LCD's are great, but still too expensive for most users... and those prices dramatically rise the larger you get...
