Why No POST?

Hey I just got a refurb MSI X58 Pro-E Motherboard.

I'm using a i7 920.

Enermax Liqmax II 240 cooler

3 x 4GB Corsair Vengeance memory installed in DIMM_A0, DIMM_B0, DIMM_C0

Gigabyte Windforce GTX 970 (I also tried a GTX 660 I had laying around)

Silverstone PCIe USB 3.0 Expansion Card

EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G3, 80+ GOLD

1 x 500GB WD Blue SSD

3 x 3TB WD Red HDD

PCIe lights are blue, Power light is Green, there is no red error light active for the RAM... Everything has power...

Have it hooked to an Acer monitor via DVI to HDMI cable

It will not POST... Any thoughts?

only a quick thought but just try the one stick of ram and the ssd no other drives see if anything happens

When I push the power button everything powers up. Everything seems to be getting good power. But no POST, no MSI screen, no BIOS. I have to hold the power button down to then turn it off.
