Question Why No sound through HDMI ( msi h110m pro vh)

I am using MSI H110M PRO VH motherboard with i5 6500 (but no graphic card except the inbuilt intel hd 530).
My problem is that NO SOUND COMES THROUGH HDMI, as it doesn't show my LED TV (Digital Audio HDMI) option in play back devices and I have been using it like that for past 3 years , although aux ports work well with external speakers.
Things I have tried:
-Uninstalling , reinstalling and updating intelHD and realtek hd audio drivers , manually and as well as through windows auto update feature.
-Formating whole system and reinstalling windows 10.
-Changing cables . Checking LED TV HDMI PORT with other hdmi inputs(works well).
-Changing bios settings from PEG to IGD.
But none of these worked.


MOREOVER SYSTEM RECOGNISES MY LED TV AS A GENERIC PNP MONITOR.
Any help would be appreciated. Please help.

There is another BIOS setting you need to change.
I have the Asus H110M-C, but if you have a similar AMI BIOS,
look for this option:

"Advanced" -> "Onboard Devices Configuration" -> "DVI Port Audio"

and Enable it.

You may need to enable Advanced mode in the BIOS before you get the option.
