Question Why not Glossy?

I think it sucks, WHY would the manufacturers use Matte.. It lessens image quality, my parents Samsung TV is so much clearer. I have a 32GR93U, it would be so much better as Glossy & not sure why companies still use it for none office monitors. I could get a 32' TV, but GPUs are ditching HDMI ports. WHY Matte guys. I would think we could get Amazon for saying montitors are glossy & you check somewhere else to find out it is Matte. I wish Amazon made sure it had the right info. It is insane trying to find a 32' 4k none OLED Glossy to Game on. We are home, we can control the lights, please, start making them. Not sure where or how to do it how I should, but a #GlossyPCdisplays would be a good thing right?
