why not Good Laptop screen type

i see many companies make Notebooks with cheap TN panel screen type. why not IPS screen type ?

My experience ..
after compare with LG TN monitor with Dell 3546 laptop / VAIO 25en screen .... i found Eye get tired after 1 hour whereas i can work with LG TN monitor about 8 hours. with IPS more than 16 hours

are these companies has 'a product Quality engineer' who passing their production before production ?
whats the reason to buy $1000 laptop in which we can't work so much ?

IPS is also a lot more expensive. That's why TN is largely used because it's old and cheap tech.

its about 100$-300$ more price than TN type ?
even tho its better buy to get value for money product.
