Why Nvidia is much faster than AMD?

At first AMD RX480 has got way better specs...

AMD has got better raw performance too...

But in games GTX 1060 still performs better than AMD.

Gtx 1060 with 1000 less shaders, less bus bandwidth, less compute units, less .... But still beats AMD, Why?

Even if i assume that the performance of both graphics is same But GTX 1060 has got way lower specs.

What is the technical reason? Is it because AMD instruction sets take longer to complete? I cant understand the reason.

Well, it's not exactly like that.
Remember Nvidia clocks almost 2Ghz while AMD is at 1267Mhz, which is a big difference compensating nvidia lower "specs".
But if you see closely, AMD on newer titles it beats nvidia and in DOOM using the latest tech Vulkan is way faster.
