I had a generic HDMI cable and I thought that was the reason as to why I was getting 30Hz.
So I ordered a new cable that supports 18Gbps/60Hz at 4K but I am still getting 30Hz, any reason as to why? (This is a TV)

The cable that I have right now is this:

The settings that I have, doesn't go more than 30Hz:

Any idea what I should do?

What's your video card?

My older AMD card didn't did 4k60 on HDMI (possible on DisplayPort). Newer ones I think can, but I've been using DisplayPort, so I haven't had to test this. It's safer to buy certified cables. When HDMI came out, just about any HDMI worked. Nowadays, it's starting to matter more

what the TV and gpu? and you are using multiple display?
The GPU was on the screenshot itself.

Anyway I was insisting to the PC Store that it's not my TV or my PC and it was the Cable.

So I went ahead and bought a 8K 60Hz HDMI cable. This fixed the problems and now I have 4K/60Hz displaying on the TV.

Sadly the cable I bought advertising 4K/60Hz was false apperantly.
