[SOLVED] Why only 60Hz?

I have a 1600x900 75Hz monitor but I can not use 75Hz
Shows only 60 Hz in Windows settings.
I am using an HDMI to VGA adapter
My computer specifications:
i7 11700K
Prime B560MA
16 GB 3200
512 GB SSD M.2
2 terabytes of WDB hard disk
Cooler Master 850 Gold
GTX 1660 OC X3 GB

What exact monitor? Is 75Hz supported by the vga input? Sometimes different monitor inputs support different max Hz, check the manual to see if it is this.

My monitor has only have 1 VGA port
EDIT: Monitor model: LG E2050S (MAX Refresh rate 75Hz)

So, your monitor only has VGA (analog) input? No digital at all?
I would consider the adapter maybe being the issue. Does it have a v. refresh rating listed?

The LG E2050S does not support 75 Hz at that resolution. It doesn't support 75 Hz at any resolution higher than 1152x864. At 1600x900, the maximum refresh rate it supports is 60 Hz.
