Question Why pc unsuable when 6800xt mining but on nvidia its useable

I have three rigs mining

1080ti
1060
6800xt.

I notice on radeon i cant use the pc its lagging too hard but on nvidia i can still use it.. Whats wrong

amd has poor drivers
see latencymon just in case some another driver causing it

Maybe you have windows misconfigured. I doubt there’s anything wrong with AMD drivers

I would bet something is misconfigured. I know of a friend that mines on an amd gpu when he is not gaming and his pc is still usable.

Run the program then look at your CPU usage via task manager. Does it being pushed to 100 % utilization?

You install drivers no doubt. Sometimes they don’t play well together
