Why random time got freeze or lock up even crtl+Alt=Delete ?

I installed new Window 7 in clean installed in HD. I noticed after few months it was work fine till now it got freeze after click any icon or start! or Wait load up ring keep run so long after click. What is cause those problem I checked all malware or virus and registry booster repair seem nothing help at all. Any one have same problem with this? How solved it ?

firmware, drivers, OS patches, yadda yadda yadda

It did update all drivers, OS, everything. It will got freeze for a long period of time. I avoided click too many time just once for less time to wait till it unlock! I had been build the computer few years since Window XP till now Window 7. I never saw like this in Window XP. Why in Window 7?

try repairing Win7 from the OS's installation disk
From what i understand, you can repair a few different times, since windows will keep trying ways to fix your issue

I did put repairing in Window 7 it checked a system file no found problem or missing in it. I wonder something from software's? i CHECKED WITH program problem solved didn't find anything. But it said window explorer have PROBLEM, BUT DIDN'T SAID WHAT IT IS?

My PC have Gigabyte GAEP35C-DS3R Motherboard update BIOS

Corsair XMS 2 4 GB ( 2GB each)

Intel Quad 9300

Corsair TX 750 Power supply

EVGA GTX 9800 Video Card

2 Seagate HD with one of each Window XP, Vista 32 bit : (1) 500GB, (1) 1TB

2 Western Digital HD with one is Vista 64bit, one is Window 7🙁1)1TB and (1) 500 GB

No RAIDS on four HD

When I use either Window. I pull the power cable to attach other HD to start open which one I use. But all other cables still attach to motherboard are leave alone only one power cable. It had been work as well until I installed new Window 7 I noticed that one is problem with stall or freeze than other Windows. I had not see any problem with old Windows. I wonder if any HD diagnosis Seagate software will tell if this HD is slow? I have one didn't said if this one is slow. But I like Western digital software diagnosis work better. Maybe Seagate is defect? How I know this?

Now i found what is cause this problem. I really not realized that it was brand new Seagate HD 1 TB has bad noise inside when I took it out from case and start feel it very virbrate and noise. I suspect that hard drive is defect! My recpit where I bought was lost and don't think it will replace anymore. I pull it out and installed new Black WD 1 TB into case. It work much better no more freeze and stalled. Thank you all who repay back to me. I should check it with my hand feeling because I am deaf guy. Thank you all.
