My AMD fx is @ 4.5Ghz with 1.45 Vcore but as soon as i start stress testing is goes all the way done to 1.392 which cause OCCT to fail within 3mins.
This is with LLC set to Auto, if i set ti to Enable under load my Vcore goes up to 1.48 which i don't want but its stable there. Any Help?

Odds are that you need somewhere higher than the vdrop falls, but not as high as the 1.48 it's taking you to. The best option (if I were setting the OC myself) would be to adjust the voltage via trial and error starting on the low-end, with LLC off. You might end up higher than you think looks okay, but if it's under the 1.48 you've made progress. The other option would be to lower the Vcore and leave LLC enabled- it'll still...

The other option would be to lower the Vcore and leave LLC enabled- it'll still jump up, but shouldn't go as high. Part of the idea of LLC is to allow you to keep the voltage turned down lower than you'd need under peak use, so you you could definitely come down from 1.45 if you are there now.

have you tried setting the llc to the ultra, or extreme settings? as ocmusicjunkie was saying, you are gonna have to trial and error the vcore, with the llc till it gets just right for you.

...and as i look at your setup, i would question the 430w psu. you may be lacking the necessary power? with the overclock, on the cpu and one would ass-u-me the gpu? or at least see if its got a 8+2 phase.
