Why Storage SSD freezes my win 7?

Hi guys,
I got an ARC 100 SSD during the black friday (yes, the last black friday), and it stops working after half a month.
What I don't understand is, I'm not even using it for OS, but it freezes my win7 at the start logo. Checking in the CMOS shows that the drive cannot be detected. Unplugged the ssd, and the win7 worked as usual.

Could anyone please tell me what is my next step? Is there anyway to fix the ssd or bring back my data? Is there anything else I can do before sending it back for replacement?
Thank you very much.

I have bad news for you Eric. I believe your SSD is dying. The same thing happened to me with Vector 150 480GB. If you have another desktop, put it in there or in a enclosure for 2.5" drives and see if it gets recognized. If it doesn't show up then try and get a refund if you can. It's only been half a month but depends on the retailer.
