Question Why Strix 1060 OC have two box variants

I am going to buy a second hand Strix 1060 OC edition but Im not sure if it could be a scam. I mean the first picture has this box

But when I asked him to send more photos he gave me these

All of these pictures are from him
Both of these dont have the text and also the box is little bit damaged in the left corner which indicated that this is not the same box or even gpu. I asked him about that and ill see whats happening. So I wanna ask you - why the strix 1060 OC has two different box variants? I mean people like me get confused and feel like they're gonna get scammed.

One model is a factory overclocked OC Edition. The other one is not factory overclocked from the get-go, hence there are 2 different SKUs. I don't see any issue with the above pics though.

GPU looks LEGIT to me.

I can overclock so its not a problem to me. Tho the difference in the boxes is strange. I hope it's legit. He says there are still 16 months left of the warranty so i think i can return it to the vendor he bought it from if the gpu doesnt work. But his other offers are mainly non-pc related. He said after a PC upgrade it became "useless" to him. I actually think he could be legit and just searched for the two photos in google because he was too lazy to open the box (hopefully).

Either way its better than my 1060 currently witch is the amp! Edition 6gb from zotac. I already selled this gpu and the seller proved that its indeed OC variant. Thank you for your help tho.
