Question Why the current speed/voltage is higher than my CPU's targets?

I just want to know if there's something wrong with my CPU. Sorry if this a stupid question. I'm just new in this "PC building" thing thats why i bought the older types of CPU. And of course i didnt touch BIOS i dont know anything about it yet.

Those values are dynamic and change with load and temperature. Btw, AMD Overdrive is bad for overclocking.
I'm just using AOD for monitoring Current speed/voltage and thermal margin because someone said that my CPU got an issue in temperature.

EDIT:Is my max voltage(at 1.4v) bad for my cpu?
