Question Why the discrete graphics card's performance is similar as the integrated graphics card?

The pc has AMD Ryzen 5-2400G and Radeon RX 550.

To my knowledge, Vega 11's performance is similar as Radeon RX 550.

So, if the pc has Vega 11 why does it have RX 550?
